1/4 Cup Oil
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 egg
3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour Blend #1 or #2
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a square pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Mix oil, egg and sugar.
- In a small bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking powder
- Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
- Add coconut and nuts.
- Spread out evenly in the bottom of square pan.
- Bake 25 minutes. Cut brownies immediately. Wait at least 5-10 minutes to eat them. they will get chewy as they begin to cool.
