2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour #14 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
6 Medium Banana's
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Walnuts (optional)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
(It is good with or without nuts and or Chocolate Chips)
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the bananas, eggs, and oil. Add the Sugar.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until blended.
- Add the Nuts and Chocolate Chips
- Pour into 2 greased or lined with parchment paper loaf pans
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
I vary what kind of sugar I use in this recipe depending on what I have in the house. But it is always delicious!
